Is this an attractive opportunity for Tim Winter, the loan officer of the Western National Bank? Discuss the following when answering this question: Will AMT be able to service the loan? Will Biological Labs support AMT if it encounters financial difficulties? What value would be received if AMT were forced into liquidation? How easy will it be to work with Mr. Haskins?
