review 4- 6 papers in your research field of interest and based on that submit a short Research Proposal. The papers
that you review must include at least two papers that have been published in reputable journals that are
listed in Scopus(https://www.scopus.com/sources.uri) in your particular research field of interest within the
past 5 years. Similarly, the other papers that you include in your proposal must be published in leading journals and/or conferences within the past 5 years.
The Research Proposal must be 2 to 4 pages (A4 size), including figures, with Calibri/Arial/or New Times
Roman font size 10-12 and 1 to 1.5 line spacing. The research proposal must include the following:

• Research Challenges and Possible Approaches
• Desirable Outcomes and Deliverables
• References
Full citation of the references must be done using IEEE format
Please note that the major publishers in engineering include, but are not limited to, the ACM, AIAA, ASME,
Elsevier, IEEE, IET, Nature Publishing Group, Springer, PubMed, Taylor and Francis, and Wiley.
