Case Analysis Paper
For this paper, you will conduct an analysis of a case decided by the Supreme Court related to homeland security. A list of potential cases for analysis is below. Cases that are not on the list below may be engaged but require the approval of the instructor.
The paper must be 5-7 pages of content, excluding the cover page and references using the American Psychological Association (APA) style and format, 7th edition.
The paper should examine the facts of the case, identify and define key legal issues, explain the decision of the court, the relationship to other cases (if applicable), and the significance of the case for homeland security.
Independent research is expected. Law school journals are an excellent source of support and analysis of Supreme Court cases.
