Baccarat is an extremely volatile game and can make or break a casino’s revenue for the day, week, or month. Due to this, some casinos do not include baccarat on their casino floor and instead include mini or midi baccarat since it generally has lower average bets and hence the effect to the casino. This generally does not attract the same level of players which also decreases the volatility.
As a casino manager, if you had the choice to include full baccarat or not would you and why?
